Since April 2025, Mr. Rudisill has served as the founding and Managing Partner of Harbour Island, LLC, a private investment firm that invests in digital assets. From 2016 to May 2024, Mr. Rudisill served as the Chief Investment Officer and director of Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, LLC, later Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc., a wildfire suppression company. From 2016 to October 2020, Mr. Rudisill was the Chief Investment Officer of Capital Vacations LLC, a fractional resort management company. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Rudisill was the Chief Executive Officer and President, and member of the board of directors, of Emerald Oil, Inc. (“Emerald Oil”), a US oil and gas producer. In March 2016, Emerald Oil filed a petition for voluntary reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, which was finalized in November 2016. In 2007, Mr. Rudisill founded Pelagic Capital Advisors LLC, a private investment fund focused on public and private equity investments, where he has served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer since 2007.

Mr. Rudisill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, in Middlebury, Vermont.

John T. Saunders is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for financial strategy, reporting and analysis, internal controls, IT, and operations.

Saunders is a senior finance executive with extensive leadership experience in high growth aerospace, defense, and digital asset environments. He has served as CFO and VP of Finance for both public and private companies, leading teams through scaling challenges, capital strategy, and operational transformation.

Prior to joining ETHZilla in August 2025, Saunders was the Senior Vice President of Finance, Capital Markets at Bridger Aerospace, guiding the company through strategic initiatives during a critical growth period. Prior to that, Saunders served as CFO for a single-family office, overseeing investment management, treasury, accounting, and multi-entity operations. Saunders was also previously CFO of Ascent Vision Technologies, LLC, where he supported the company’s expansion and integration into complex defense markets after serving as Financial Controller. Saunders managed the sale of Ascent Vision Technologies to CACI International in 2020 where he led the integration of AVT into CACI International. Early in his career, Saunders worked in public accounting as a CPA with Rudd and Company.

Mr. Saunders holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College.

John Kristoff is Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. In this role, Kristoff leads ETHZilla's communications and investor relations strategies, shaping the company's narrative and deepening engagement with both the media and investors. He also plays a key role in elevating ETHZilla's public profile as the company continues to grow its position as a bridge between traditional finance and decentralized finance platforms.

Kristoff is a highly accomplished executive with more than three decades of experience in strategic communications, investor relations, marketing and corporate transformation within the fintech sector. He joined ETHZilla in October 2025 from EXL Service (Nasdaq: EXLS), where he served as Vice President of Investor Relations and played a key role in repositioning the company as a leader in data and AI services for the insurance, banking and payments sectors. Previously, Kristoff held senior communications and investor relations roles at Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE), where he helped the company rebrand itself from DeVry Education.  Prior to Adtalem, Kristoff spent over 25 years at Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD), an IDC top-10 global fintech leader, in a variety of leadership roles culminating in Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, where he contributed to corporate strategy, M&A initiatives and brand transformation.

Kristoff holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Kent State University and an MBA from Ashland University.
